-We are a small business - therefore dependant on orders we currently have and stock at that time - delivery times may vary. Please be patient but we will aim to have deliveries out within 3-7 business days.

-Dependant on weight of your parcel and your location delivery charges may be in excess of price initially quoted. We will contact you and advise if price varies prior to completing order. 

Refunds will be at the discretion of Be Bear- each situation will be different.
